Presentation to Council Regarding an Update on the Nosbonsing Curling Club's Capital Improvement Plans

Being a by-law to enter into an Automatic Aid Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of East Ferris and the Corporation of the Municipality of Callander 

Being a by-law to deem Lots 17, 28-38, 76-78, 80-96 and 146-161 on Registered Plan M181 not to be lots on a Registered Plan of Subdivision now in the Municipality of East Ferris in the District of Nipissing. Further, this By-law deems those portions of Ashwood Avenue, Beechwood Avenue, Elmwood Avenue, Poplar Road, Balsam Road and all laneways located between Lots 17, 28-38, 76-78, 80-96 and 146-161, as shown on Plan M181, to not be registered as part of a Plan of Subdivision in the Municipality of East Ferris.

Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of East Ferris and His Majesty the King in Right of Canada for funding through the Active Transportation Fund for new active transportation infrastructure connecting MacPherson Drive to the Voyageur Cycle Route and the Corbeil Outdoor Recreation Hub.

Council will proceed to in-camera session under Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 for the following:


(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees to review recommendations from Recreation, Parks and Culture Committee for the Volunteer Recognition Award as per the In-Camera Minutes of the Recreation, Parks and Culture Committee;


(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board;


(h) information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality of local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them regarding the OPP Detachment.
