Mayor Rochefort called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Chair's Comments:
 

Mayor Rochefort advised that the Municipal Office will be closed on Thursday, November 11th, 2021 for Remembrance Day.  Mayor advised that the Royal Canadian Legion, Callander Branch 445 will be at the Cenotaph in East Ferris at 1:30 p.m. on November 11th to have a short ceremony.  Mayor Rochefort encouraged the residents to visit the Cenotaph on Remembrance Day.

Mayor Rochefort advised that the year 2022 will mark a decade for our cenotaph and the Municipality will have a full service as we have done in the past.

    WHEREAS Council for the Municipality of East Ferris has returned to in-person meetings on October 26th, 2021 with meetings being livestreamed and without public in attendance;

    AND WHEREAS directive was given to the  Planning Advisory Committee and the Committee of Adjustment to return to in-person meetings as well;

    BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Council directs all Boards and Committee to return to in-person meetings; following COVID-19 Public Health Regulations.
