Mayor Rochefort called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.

Mayor Rochefort advised that herself and the CAO attended a session on the 2024 Ontario Budget. Mayor Rochefort thanked staff for their work on the Remembrance Day Ceremony. The Horticultural Club hosted a spaghetti dinner over the weekend which was well attended.

Councillor Champagne requested the Algonquin Land Claim be added to the agenda under Other Business. Council requested the CAO set up a meeting.

Council proceeded to In-Camera Session under Section 239(2)(b) and (h) of the Municipal Act in order to address matters pertaining to the old school in Astorville and new North Bay OPP Detachment.
