    THAT Council for the Municipality of East Ferris hereby accepts the recommendation of the Director of Public Works and Engineering contained in Report No. R-2025-01 to award RFQ EF-2025-08 to Mac Lang (Sundridge) Limited for a new 2024 - 2500 series Crew Cab 4×4 Long Box (Option B) in the amount of $75,671.58 (H.S.T. included).

    AND THAT said by-law be signed by the Mayor and Clerk and sealed with the Seal of the Corporation.

    AND WHEREAS, in respect of this milestone the Knights have requested Council proclaim the week of March 16th to March 22nd, 2025 as Knights of Columbus #6664 week in East Ferris;

    BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of East Ferris approves of this request and declares the week of March 16th as Knights of Columbus #6664 week in East Ferris.
