    THAT Council for the Municipality of East Ferris accepts the recommendation from the Manager of Planning and Economic Development contained in Report No. PLAN-2021-17 and that the request made by Geoff and Nancy Dobson and Moira and Alistair McKenzie to purchase a portion of unopened road allowance between their two properties on Nosbonsing Park Road (837 & 911 Nosbonsing Park Road) be approved;

    AND THAT this sale be done in accordance with the policies laid out in By-law 2218 and valued at a rate of $0.75/sq. ft., or the appraised value, as set out in the East Ferris Fees and Charges By-law.

    THAT Council for the Municipality of East Ferris accepts the recommendation from the Manager of Planning and Economic Development contained in Report No. PLAN-2021-18 and that the request made by Claude Champagne on behalf of Roger and Louise Champagne to deem surplus and purchase a portion of unopened road allowance between their properties on South Shore Road be approved;

    AND THAT this sale be done in accordance with the policies laid out in By-law 2218 and valued at a rate of $0.75/sq. ft., or the appraised value, as set out in the East Ferris Fees and Charges By-law;

    AND FURTHER that this closure and sale be conditional upon the approval of consent to sever files B-2021-35 & B-2021-36.

    THAT Council for the Municipality of East Ferris accepts the recommendation from the Manager of Planning and Economic Development contained in Report No. PLAN-2021-19 and that the request made by Lance and Alexandra Johnson of Bur Oak Resources be granted, in accordance with the provisions of By-law 2218;

    AND THAT this request be conditional upon the completion of the Zoning By-law Amendment application under file C-2021-08 to establish the permitted uses for Bur Oak Resources to operate their business from this location.
