The purpose of the Minor Variance application is to permit a reduction in the required lot area to 1.8 acres, whereas Zoning By-law No. 2021-60 requires 2.0 acres. The purpose of the application for Consent is to create one new lot from 688 Quae-Quae Road with frontage on Waukegan Road. The Director of Community Services advised that a request for deferral from the applicant was submitted due to minor discrepancies in lot measurements. Furthermore, the Director of Community Services noted that circulation requirements for this application had not been met.
