1.2021 Strat Plan Progress Report Final for Council.pdf

Mayor Rochefort advised Council that this was the 2nd Report of the Strategic Plan Progress.  The same format and questions as the 1st Report of the Strategic Plan Progress were used to prepare for this presentation.

Councillor Lougheed advised that the report was reviewed by the Communications Committee.  The information is clear, Council is relaying what we have done and what is needed to be done.  Councillor Lougheed advised that there is lots of success in the plan.

CAO, Jason Trottier reviewed the plan in detail advising Council of what has been done and the status of the upcoming items.

Council was pleased with the presentation of the 2021 Strategic Plan Progress Report.
