The Municipality of East Ferris will be having its Remembrance Day Ceremony on Friday, November 8th, 2019. AND WHEREAS under Municipal By-law 2015-35 a By-law to adopt policies and procedures for the disposition of shoreline road allowances in the Municipality of East Ferris is not specific in guidance related to road allowance closures on islands and the islands considerations may be different than mainland considerations; AND WHEREAS an additional $7,500 was budgeted in 2019 for website enhancements; AND WHEREAS VS Group currently manages and hosts the municipal website and has met with staff to discuss enhancements to our website including functionality, access to content, and design;
