Jason Bionda, Spectrum Telecom Group Ltd. made a presentation to Council regarding the intentions to build a Fibre to the Home (FTTH) project in East Ferris; specifically from Big Moose Road down Ouellette Road to Quae Quae Road

    THAT Council for the Municipality of East Ferris acknowledges the presentation made by Mr. Jason Bionda of Spectrum Telecom Group Ltd. regarding its intentions to build a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) project in East Ferris specifically from Big Moose Road down Ouellette Road to Quae Quae Road;

    AND FURTHER that Council authorizes Spectrum Telecom Group to install poles and bury fiber cable on municipal property along the municipal road network indicated in its presentation.

    • Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
