Adoption of the Agenda

    THAT the draft agenda presented to Council for the Special Meeting and dated the 5th day of August, 2021 be hereby adopted as amended by adding the following under In-Camera Session: 

    • Medical Centre under Subsection (k) of Section 239 (2) - a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board.

    WHEREAS Council for the Municipality of East Ferris deems it expedient to pass three readings of the following By-law at this session; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT a By-law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of East Ferris and Infrastructure Ontario, BE READ a first, second and third time, passed and numbered 2021-36;

    AND THAT said By-law be signed by the Mayor and Clerk and sealed with the Seal of the Corporation

    AND THAT said By-law be signed by the Mayor and Clerk and sealed with the Seal of the Corporation.
