Mayor Rochefort called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Chair's Comments:
 

Mayor Rochefort welcomed everyone in attendance and wished everybody a Happy New Year.  Deputy Mayor Voyer advised that there will be a Ribfest this summer.  It will be held at the East Ferris Community Centre, July 5th, 2020.  There will be more information to come at a later date.  Congratulations were given to Councillor Lougheed regarding support of the Child Care Services at conferences and Councillor Trahan who got married during the holidays.

    AND WHEREAS this program promotes French and English Canadian literature for all levels of reading and age groups;

    BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of East Ferris contribute an amount of $300.00 for this well recognized program.
