    THAT Council of the Municipality of East Ferris accepts the recommendation from the Municipal Engineer contained in Report No. R-2021-01 and that the Request for Quotation EF 2021-01 for the supply and application of dust control and road stabilization materials be awarded to Pollard Highway Products in the amount of $44,938.18 including HST.
