Mayor Rochefort called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Public Works and Infrastructure Committee
 

Public Works had a meeting on April 27th, 2020.  Deputy Mayor Voyer gave an update to Council regarding the Public Works Department.

Community Emergency Management Committee
 

Mayor Rochefort advised that the Emergency Management Control Group continues to meet every Monday regarding COVID-19, Provincial Declaration.  Bulletin #3 will be circulated in the mail early next week.

The Emergency Management Control Group offered to the residents of East Ferris a second free Spring Clean-up day for this year.  The first date was April 25th, 2020 and the next the regular Spring Clean-up day is scheduled for June 6th, 2020.  This past Saturday, April 25th, 2020 over 400 vehicles entered the landfill site.

The Municipality made a donation to the Callander Food Bank of $2500.00.  The Callander Food Bank serves the residents of East Ferris.
