WHEREAS public input was received at the public meeting of the Planning Advisory Committee held November 20th, 2019 and the Planning Advisory Committee is of the opinion that the proposal is consistent with Provincial Policy, the Municipality's Official Plan, the Zoning By-law and represents good land use planning;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of East Ferris concurs with Resolution No. 2019-03 passed by the Planning Advisory Committee at their meeting held on November 20th, 2019 and approves Consent Application No. B-2019-08 and B-2019-09 (Remi Boucher) for the property described as Concession 10, Pt Lot 13, RP 36R7065 REM PART 1 REM PCL 16681 WF) (Taillefer Road) to sever a parcel of land for the creation of three new lots for residential purposes together with those conditions as set out in the Planning Advisory Committee Resolution dated November 20th, 2019.
