Adoption of the Agenda

    THAT the draft agenda presented to Council for the Special Meeting and dated the 8th of March, 2022 be hereby adopted as amended by adding the following:  Cassellholme and Medical Centre under the In-camera session,  Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act 2001, section "h";

    • Information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a crown agency of any of them.

Correspondence and Information:
 

Director of Community Services, Greg Kirton along with Karen Jones and Natasha Penn from Karen Jones Consulting Co. joined in the meeting to make a presentation to Council regarding the East Ferris Economic Development Strategy.

In-Camera Session
 

Council passed a resolution to proceed to in-camera session at 5:17 p.m. in order to discuss the matter pertaining to the OLT Hearing re Jeff Staples along with Municipal Solicitor, David Germain and the matter of the Medical Centre.

    • Information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a crown agency of any of them.
