Mayor called the Council Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Rochefort welcomed everyone in attendance. The Municipality held its Christmas Party for Council, Staff and Committee Members. The Social was well attended. She advised that it was one full year since the Inaugural meeting of Council.

Discussion from response letter received from District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB) regarding the 2020 Levy Increase. Council will be forwarding a letter to the Minister.

WHEREAS Council for the Municipality of East Ferris deems it expedient to pass three readings of the following by-law at this session; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council from November 26th, 2019 to December 10th, 2019, BE READ a first, second and third time, passed and numbered 2019-57;

AND THAT said by-law be signed by the Mayor and Clerk and sealed with the Seal of the Corporation.
