After the meeting was called to order Mayor Rochefort welcomed Manager of Planning and Economic Development, Greg Kirton and Mr. Rod Bilz who joined in the meeting to assist in the presentation to Council pertaining to the Active Transportation Plan.

Mayor Rochefort, Greg Kirton and Rod Bilz presented a power point presentation to Council outlining the Active Transportation Plan as prepared by the sub-committee of the Recreation, Parks and Culture Committee.

    WHEREAS the Parks, Recreation and Culture Committee approved the Draft Active Transportation Plan as prepared by the Active Transportation Plan sub-committee and submitted to Council for review and approval;

    BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of East Ferris approve the plan as prepared and presented with the required changes/edits and Council's comments.
