The Municipality is proposing to amend the Municipality's Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2021-60, as amended. The proposed amendment is to rezone the subject parcel of land from the existing Rural (R) zoning to a Institutional (I) Special Zoning in order to permit the construction of a new Municipal Fire Hall. The Director of Community Services did a review of the application to the members of the Planning Advisory Committee and the public in attendance. The Director of Community Services answered all of the questions and concerns of the committee.
