The applicant is applying to rezone the subject parcel of land from the existing Conservation (O2) zoning to a Rural (R) zone in order to permit a future residential use on the property. The Director of Community Services did a review of the application to the members of the Planning Advisory Committee and the public in attendance. The Director of Community Services answered all of the questions and concerns of the committee.
