The Municipality of East Ferris is proposing to amend the Municipality's Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2021-60, as amended. The proposed amendment is to rezone the subject parcel of land from the existing Rural (R) zoning to a Institutional (I) Special zoning in order to permit the construction of a new Municipal Fire Hall.
